Yes. If you have booked a private parking space for long-term parking with Peuka, your booking stays active when you drive away in between and come back. The space stays reserved for you until your booked end time.
Long-term parking with Peuka is a regular booking with a fixed start and end time – even across several days or weeks.
In the app, choose the booking mode Reserve and long-term parking. To find suitable spaces, use the Long-term filter on the map (4+ weeks parking).
On the web, longer periods are also booked with a fixed start and end time.
Does my long-term parking booking end automatically when I drive out?
No. Driving out does not end your booking. It continues until your booked end time, no matter how often you leave and come back in the meantime. This applies to both the app and the web.
I drive away during the day and come back in the evening. Can someone else park in my space while I'm gone?
No. A booked private parking space stays reserved for you for your entire booking period, even when your car isn't there. Peuka does not release the space for other bookings while you're away.
The car park has a barrier. Will it open when I drive back in?
That depends on the access system of the car park. Your Peuka booking always stays active when you drive out – whether the barrier opens automatically every time you re-enter is handled by the access system on site.
If a car park has special access rules, you'll find them in the parking space description. It's best to check it before booking if you plan to drive away in between.
I'm parking with a digital parking ticket in a public parking area. Can I drive away in between?
Yes. Your digital parking ticket is time-based and keeps running until it expires or you end it. It entitles you to park in that zone – no specific space is reserved for you. When you come back, simply park in any free space in the same zone.
