A private booking ends automatically at the booked end time – you don't need to do anything. If you want to leave earlier or stay longer, you can adjust this directly in the app or on the web. A digital parking ticket for a public parking area, on the other hand, needs to be ended actively if you leave before the booked end time.
Ending a private booking early
In the app:
Open your profile and tap My Bookings.
Select the relevant booking.
Tap End Parking and confirm.
On the web:
Open the booking details page from your booking confirmation.
Click End parking.
Confirm with Yes, please.
Extending a private booking
In the app:
Open My Bookings in your profile and select your booking.
Tap Extend Parking.
Peuka creates a new booking starting right at your previous end time, initially with 30 extra minutes. Availability and price are checked again at this point.
On the web, create a follow-on booking for the time you need via New booking.
Ending a digital parking ticket early
If you leave a public parking area before the planned end time, end your digital parking ticket actively.
In the app:
Open My Bookings in your profile and select the active parking session.
Tap Cancel Session.
Confirm with Confirm Cancellation.
On the web:
Open the details page of your digital parking ticket.
Click End parking.
Confirm with Yes, please.
Extending a digital parking ticket
On the web, you can book further parking time via Extend parking process. Price and conditions for the parking zone are checked again. In the app, start a further parking session for extra time.
What happens if I go over my booked time?
For a private booking, the booked time ends at the agreed time, without any automatic extension or additional charge. If you have push notifications enabled, you'll get a reminder about 20 minutes before the end and can extend your parking time directly.
For a digital parking ticket, the booked end time also applies. If you want to stay longer, book a further parking session in good time.
Do I get a refund if I end my session early?
If you end your digital parking ticket before the planned end time, Peuka shows you a possible refund amount before you confirm.
