Einen neuen Parkplatz anlegen: So einfach geht’s!

Du hast eine Parkfläche frei und möchtest sie vermieten? Großartig! Mit unserer App ist dein Parkplatz in wenigen Minuten online und bereit für die erste Buchung. Folge einfach dieser Anleitung, um alles korrekt einzurichten.

Gültig für die App-Versionen: < 2.0.0

Schritt 1: Den Prozess starten

Stelle sicher, dass du in der App mit deinem Profil eingeloggt bist.

  1. Öffne das Hauptmenü der App.

  2. Tippe auf den Menüpunkt „Parkplatz vermieten“.

Schritt 2: Standort festlegen

Damit die Autofahrer dich finden, brauchen wir die genaue Position deines Parkplatzes.

  1. Adresse eingeben: Gib im ersten Schritt die offizielle Adresse deines Parkplatzes ein und klicke auf „Weiter“.

  2. Feinjustierung auf der Karte: Manchmal liegt die Einfahrt etwas versteckt. Im zweiten Schritt siehst du eine Karte. Verschiebe die Markierung so, dass sie exakt auf deinem Parkplatz liegt. Wenn alles passt, klicke wieder auf „Weiter“.

Schritt 3: Details, Fotos & Preis

Jetzt geht es darum, deinen Parkplatz attraktiv zu machen. Ein aussagekräftiges Inserat findet schneller Mieter!

  • Parkplatzdaten: Gib eine aussagekräftige Überschrift (z.B. „Sicherer Tiefgaragenstellplatz am Hbf“) und eine detaillierte Beschreibung ein (z.B. Infos zur Einfahrtshöhe oder besonderen Merkmalen).

  • Foto hochladen: Lade ein helles und klares Foto des Parkplatzes hoch. Das schafft Vertrauen bei den Nutzern.

  • Preis festlegen: Entscheide selbst, wie viel die Parkdauer kosten soll.

  • Zwischenspeichern: Wenn du alle Infos eingegeben hast, klicke unten auf „Speichern“.

Schritt 4: Verfügbarkeit & Veröffentlichung

Dein Parkplatz ist fast bereit. Jetzt musst du uns nur noch sagen, wann er frei ist.

  1. Zeiten angeben: Lege fest, an welchen Tagen und zu welchen Uhrzeiten der Parkplatz gebucht werden kann (z.B. nur werktags oder rund um die Uhr).

  2. Anbieten: Klicke auf den Button „Anbieten“.

  3. Bestätigung: Du erhältst im selben Fenster eine kurze Info-Meldung „gespeichert“.

Schritt 5: Geschafft!

Um den Vorgang endgültig abzuschließen:

  1. Tippe auf den Haken oben rechts in der Ecke des Bildschirms.

  2. Es erscheint ein Bestätigungsbildschirm mit der Meldung „Glückwunsch...“.

Dein Parkplatz ist nun offiziell gelistet! Du kannst deine Daten oder die Verfügbarkeit jederzeit in deinem Profil unter „Meine Parkplätze“ anpassen.

You have a parking space available and want to rent it out? Great! With our app, your parking space will be online and ready for its first booking within just a few minutes. Simply follow this guide to set everything up correctly.

Step 1: Starting the Process

Make sure you're logged into the app with your profile.

  1. Open the app's main menu.

  2. Tap on the menu item "Rent Out Parking Space."

Step 2: Setting the Location

So that drivers can find you, we need the exact position of your parking space.

  1. Enter address: In the first step, enter the official address of your parking space and click "Next."

  2. Fine-tune on the map: Sometimes the entrance is a bit hidden. In the second step, you'll see a map. Move the marker so that it sits exactly on your parking space. Once everything looks right, click "Next" again.

Step 3: Details, Photos & Price

Now it's time to make your parking space appealing. A compelling listing attracts tenants faster!

  • Parking space details: Enter a meaningful title (e.g., "Secure Underground Parking Space near Main Station") and a detailed description (e.g., information about entrance height or special features).

  • Upload photo: Upload a bright, clear photo of the parking space. This builds trust with users.

  • Set price: Decide for yourself how much the parking duration should cost.

  • Save progress: Once you've entered all the information, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 4: Availability & Publishing

Your parking space is almost ready. Now you just need to tell us when it's available.

  1. Specify times: Set which days and times the parking space can be booked (e.g., weekdays only or around the clock).

  2. Offer: Click the "Offer" button.

  3. Confirmation: You'll receive a brief notification in the same window saying "saved."

Step 5: Done!

To finally complete the process:

  1. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. A confirmation screen will appear with the message "Congratulations…"

Your parking space is now officially listed! You can adjust your details or availability at any time in your profile under "My Parking Spaces."
