Das nennt man „KYC" – kurz für „Know Your Customer", also „Kenne deinen Kunden".
Was ist KYC?
Fertig. Danach kannst du deine Einnahmen wie gewohnt erhalten.
Was passiert mit meinen Daten?

Why Peuka Requires Identity Verification (KYC) in Certain Cases
Find out why Peuka requires identity verification (KYC) when you earn income as a landlord – legally required, one-time only, and completed in under two minutes.
If you earn income through Peuka – for example, as a landlord offering parking spaces on our marketplace – we ask you to verify your identity once. This is called "KYC," short for "Know Your Customer." Here we explain in a few sentences what this means and why it's necessary.
Do I even need this?
Important to know upfront: you don't need identity verification for regular parking and booking. KYC is only required if you earn money through Peuka – for example, by renting out your parking space and receiving payouts for it.
What is KYC?
KYC is a one-time confirmation that you really are who you say you are. Generally, all that's needed is an ID document and a brief confirmation step in the app – usually completed in under two minutes.
Why is this necessary?
As soon as we make payouts to you, we process payments on your behalf. Strict legal requirements apply to payment service providers in Germany and across the EU to prevent money laundering (including the German Anti-Money Laundering Act, which implements the EU anti-money laundering directives).
These laws require us to verify the identity of users who earn income through the platform. This is not an internal decision by Peuka, but a legal obligation that every reputable payment provider must comply with – banks, PayPal, and others do exactly the same thing.
How it works at Peuka
We've kept the process as streamlined as possible:
You'll be automatically prompted at the right moment.
You take a photo of your ID document with your smartphone.
You briefly confirm that it's you.
That's it. After that, you can continue receiving your earnings as usual.
What happens to my data?
