You can create a new parking space on Peuka either in the app or on the web. In both cases, you enter the address, details, and price, then set your availability – your parking space only becomes bookable once availability is set. The exact steps differ slightly between app and web, especially around the title and photos.
How it works in the app
Step 1: Start the process
Open your profile in the app.
Don't have a parking space yet? Tap Offer a parking space, then Create parking space.
Already offering one or more parking spaces? Go to My parking spaces and tap Add parking space.
Step 2: Set the location
Enter the country, street and house number, postal code, and city.
Then confirm the exact position of your parking space on the map.
Step 3: Details & price
Parking space name (optional): Choose a short name, e.g. "Underground space near main station".
Description: Required – describe your parking space, for example entrance height, access, or special features.
Warning note (optional): Turn on the Warning note toggle to add extra information, e.g. "Maximum entry height 2.1 m". Maximum 160 characters.
Hourly price: Required – set how much the parking duration should cost.
You can also add amenities, vehicle dimensions, and night rates.
Tap Create parking space. For later changes, save via Save & continue.
You can add photos afterwards via the Add photos option.
Step 4: Set availability
Set which days and times your parking space can be booked.
Once availability is set, your parking space becomes bookable.
You can also skip this step by selecting Set up later. You can add availability at any time afterwards in your profile under My parking spaces.
Step 5: Confirmation
After creating your listing, you'll see the message "Parking space created!". Once availability is also set, you'll receive the message "Congratulations! Your space is live!".
You can update your details and availability at any time in your profile under My parking spaces.
How it works on the web
Step 1: Start the process
On the web, go to Hosting & finance, select the My parking spots tab, and click Create parking space.
Step 2: Address
Search for the address or enter it manually. Required fields: street and house number, postal code, city, and country. Confirm with Next.
Step 3: Location
Check the position on the map and move the marker if needed. Confirm with Next.
Step 4: Details
Upload at least one photo and add a parking space name and description. In the web flow, photo, name, and description are required. Confirm with Next.
Step 5: Features
Optionally add details such as multiple spaces, charging availability, dimensions, covered parking, or an access code. To add extra information, turn on the General note toggle and enter it in the Note field (optional, max. 160 characters), e.g. entry height details. Confirm with Next.
Step 6: Pricing
Set your hourly price (required, must be greater than €0). You can also optionally add a minimum booking duration, daily/weekly/monthly rates, seasonal pricing, and a night rate. Complete with Create parking space.
Afterwards, you can set availability directly via Manage availability, or do this later under My parking spots. Your parking space only becomes bookable once availability is set.
Tips for your title & photos
A descriptive title and good photos appear on the map and in your parking space preview, helping drivers find your space quickly.
Choose a short, descriptive title that names the location or a special feature, e.g. "Underground space near main station" or "Outdoor space at Bahnhofstraße corner".
Show the entrance, the exact location, and clear landmarks in your photos – this helps drivers avoid parking in the wrong spot by mistake.
If helpful, mark the entrance or space boundary with arrows or circles before uploading to make orientation even easier.
Tip: In addition to photos, you can order a Peuka sign for your parking space and put it up on site – this makes it even easier for drivers to find their way.
Special cases
What if I don't set availability right away?
Your parking space stays saved but only becomes bookable once you add availability. You can do this anytime in your profile under My parking spaces.
What if I want to offer several parking spaces?
Add each additional parking space individually: go to My parking spaces in your profile and tap Add parking space.
