Tap the QR code icon in the bottom navigation and point your camera at the QR code on the parking sign. Once scanned, the detail page for that parking space opens. You don't need an account to scan; you do need one to book.
How to scan a QR code
Open the Peuka app.
Tap QR scanner in the bottom navigation.
Allow the app to access your camera if prompted.
Point your camera at the QR code on the Peuka parking sign.
The scanner recognizes the code automatically – you don't need to press a shutter button. Once recognized, the parking space's detail page opens.
Tips for a smooth scan
Poor lighting: You can turn the flash on or off directly in the scanner using the flash button, to make the code easier to read.
What if the camera doesn't work?
Check your phone's settings to make sure you've allowed the Peuka app to access your camera.
What if the QR code isn't recognized?
The app only accepts QR codes from Peuka parking spaces. If you see "QR code not recognized. Please scan a Peuka parking space code.", check that it's actually a Peuka parking sign.
What if the QR code is damaged or unreadable?
You can always find the parking space using manual search or the map in the app instead.
What if I don't have an account yet?
You don't need an account to scan. An account is required to complete a booking.
