In the app, you enter your discount code in the booking summary step after selecting your payment method. In the web checkout, you'll find the field in step 2, also after choosing your payment method. The code is checked automatically, and if valid, the displayed price updates right away.
Redeeming in the app
Select your parking space and complete your booking up to the payment method step.
Open the "Discount code" section.
Enter your 5-character code. As soon as you've entered the fifth character, the app checks it automatically. While this happens, you'll see "Checking discount code".
If the code is valid, you'll see "Discount code valid, X% off". The original price is shown crossed out, with the reduced price highlighted next to it.
The pay button stays locked while the check or price recalculation is running, and unlocks again afterward.
The discount code is available in the app to signed-in users booking short-term parking.
Redeeming in the web checkout
Select your parking space and proceed to checkout step 2, after entering your payment method (and payment details, if applicable).
Open "Add discount code" and enter your code in the "Discount code" field.
From the third character onward, the system checks the code automatically.
Once the check succeeds, the price is recalculated automatically.
The discount code section doesn't appear in the web checkout for bookings with a minimum duration of one week or more, for night packages, or for penalty bookings.
Special cases
How long does a valid discount code need to be?
In the app, if the length is wrong you'll see "The discount code must be 5 characters long." Check for typos.
Why is my code shown as invalid?
In the app you'll see "Invalid discount code," in the web checkout "Discount code invalid." Double-check the spelling and the code's conditions.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code is allowed per booking; codes can't be combined.
Do I need to be signed in to redeem a discount code?
Yes, sign in to your account first.
Why doesn't my discount code work for every booking?
Whether a code is valid depends on the code itself, its validity period, and any restriction to specific parking spaces or booking types.
