Schritt 1: Profildaten vervollständigen
Bevor eine Auszahlung erfolgen kann, benötigen wir einige Informationen zu deiner Person bzw. deinem Unternehmen.
Öffne die App und gehe zum Menüpunkt "Profil".
Wähle deinen Status aus: Vermieter/Partner privat oder Vermieter/Partner gewerblich.
Hinterlege die folgenden Daten:
Vorname & Nachname
Adresse
Geburtsdatum
Firmierung & Umsatzsteuer-ID (nur bei gewerblichen Konten)
Lies und akzeptiere die AGB.
Schritt 2: Identitätsprüfung (KYC)
Sobald deine Profildaten gespeichert sind, startet automatisch der erste Teil der Verifizierung (KYC – Know Your Customer).
Folge den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm, um deine Identität zu bestätigen. Dies ist ein gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Standard für Zahlungsdienste.
Schritt 3: Finanzielle Verifizierung (SCA)
Nachdem der erste Teil abgeschlossen ist, wechselst du in den Bereich für deine Finanzen.
Gehe zum Menüpunkt "Finanzen".
Dort öffnet sich automatisch der zweite Teil der Verifizierung (SCA – Strong Customer Authentication).
Folge den Schritten im Prozess, um die Sicherheitsprüfung abzuschließen.
Schritt 4: Bankverbindung hinterlegen
Nach der erfolgreichen Verifizierung kannst du dein Zielkonto für die Auszahlungen festlegen.
Klicke im Bereich Finanzen auf "Bankverbindung für Auszahlung".
Trage deine IBAN ein.

How Can I Have My Earnings Paid Out?

Step 1: Complete your profile information
Before a payout can be made, we need some information about you or your company.
Open the app and go to the "Profile" menu item.
Select your status: Private landlord/partner or Commercial landlord/partner.
Provide the following information:
First and last name
Address
Date of birth
Company name & VAT ID (commercial accounts only)
Read and accept the terms and conditions.
Step 2: Identity verification (KYC)
Once your profile information is saved, the first part of verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) starts automatically.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your identity. This is a legally required standard for payment services.
Step 3: Financial verification (SCA)
Once the first part is complete, you'll move on to the finances section.
Go to the "Finances" menu item.
There, the second part of verification (SCA – Strong Customer Authentication) will open automatically.
Follow the steps in the process to complete the security check.
Step 4: Add your bank details
After successful verification, you can set your target account for payouts.
In the Finances section, click "Bank details for payout."
Enter your IBAN.
