Open your profile in the app and tap Parking lot control → Report illegal parking. Select the affected parking space, take a photo of the vehicle, and enter its license plate. Peuka automatically checks whether the vehicle has a booking or authorization before you submit the report.
How it works
1. Select the parking space
In your profile, tap Parking lot control → Report illegal parking and choose the affected parking space.
2. Capture a photo
Photograph the vehicle so the license plate and position are clearly visible. One main photo is required; a second photo is optional.
3. Enter details
Enter the license plate and country. Peuka then checks whether the vehicle has an active booking or authorization for this parking space.
4. Review & submit
Check your details and tap Submit Violation to send the report.
Special cases
What if the vehicle has an active booking?
Peuka shows: "This vehicle has an active booking or is authorized for this parking space." In this case, you can't submit a report.
What if no authorization is found?
You'll see: "No booking or authorization found. You can report this vehicle." You can then continue with the report.
What if I choose a photo from my gallery instead of taking one directly?
For a photo taken directly, Peuka sets the timestamp automatically. If you choose a photo from your gallery instead, you can set the date and time of the violation yourself, if this option is enabled for you.
What happens after I submit?
You'll see the confirmation "Violation reported successfully." Your report is logged as open and reviewed as part of our standard process.
