You can find your finances in the Peuka app under Profile → Finance. There you'll see your available balance, your earnings overview, and your full transaction history, and you can also set up a payout from there.
Finding your balance
Tap Profile at the top of the app, then select Finance. This takes you directly to your personal finance area.
Earnings overview
The earnings overview shows your earnings, including the total of your earnings and other figures related to your bookings. Individual figures only appear once actual values exist for them.
Transaction history
Your transaction history lists your payments, payouts, refunds, and credits.
Setting up automatic payouts
To activate automatic payouts, confirm your identity and add a bank account. In the app, you'll find this under Profile → Finance → Payout Setup, in the web portal under Hosting & Finance → Finance.
Once your identity and bank account are set up, you can turn on automatic payouts.
Your automatic payout runs on the first day of each month. You'll receive a payment confirmation by email once the payout has been processed successfully.
What if no figures show up in my earnings overview?
This means no values currently exist for that category yet, for example because you haven't earned anything in it so far. Figures appear automatically as soon as they exist.
What if I don't see the "Add Bank Account" button?
In the app, the button only appears once you've started identity verification. Under Profile → Finance → Payout Setup, tap Verify Identity first.
