How do I receive my payout as a commercial provider on Peuka?

As a commercial provider, get your payout via the Finance area: complete the identity check (KYC), add your bank account, then request the payout.

As a commercial provider, you receive your payout via the Finance area. There you activate payouts, complete the identity check (KYC), add your bank account, and then click “Pay out” or turn on automatic payout.

How to proceed

  1. Activate payouts and start the identity check (KYC). Without a completed check, your parking space also won’t be published; see “Why does Peuka require an identity check (KYC) for business hosts?” for more.

  2. Have the representative confirm their identity with our partner Mangopay: using an ID document and a selfie in a secure web process.

  3. Add a bank account with IBAN and account holder; if required, complete strong customer authentication (SCA).

  4. Once the identity check has succeeded and a balance is available: click “Pay out” on the web, or tap “Pay out” in the app and confirm with “Pay Out Now”.

The payout is made as a bank transfer via our payment service provider Mangopay.

Where do I find this area?

On the web: In the logged-in area, open “Hosting & finance” in the side menu, then the “Finance” tab. You’ll find the steps for the identity check, bank account and payout there.

In the app: Go to Profile → Finance → Payout area. There you activate payouts, set up the identity check and bank account, and later trigger the payout or turn on automatic payout.

When is my payout paid out?

The payout is triggered automatically on the first calendar day of the month, provided you have enough available balance. This requires a confirmed identity (KYC) and a saved bank account.

Alternatively, you can trigger a payout manually at any time. It usually takes two to three business days.

What happens to my data from the identity check?

All information – including the selfie – is used exclusively for the legally required identity check with our partner Mangopay, processed with encryption, and protected under GDPR.
