How do I delete my Peuka account?

You can delete your Peuka account either directly in the app or via a web link page. Once you confirm the deletion, your access is disabled immediately and you can no longer log in. The deletion cannot be undone afterwards.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Peuka app and go to your profile.

  2. Tap Settings, then Danger Zone.

  3. Select Delete Account.

  4. Confirm your password (providing a reason is optional).

  5. Tap Delete Account Permanently and confirm with Yes, delete.

Delete your account via the web

This option is available for both private and commercial hosts.

  1. Open https://app.peuka.com/account-delete.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Tap Delete.

What happens after deletion?

Your access is disabled immediately, and logging back in is no longer possible. Account restoration isn't available.
