In the app, edit your personal details under Profile → Personal details. Tapping your profile card also opens "Edit account" directly. On the web, you'll find them under Account & profile → Personal details. First and last name are required fields; your email address can't be changed there.
In the app
Open your profile and tap "Personal details". Tapping your profile card also opens "Edit account" directly.
Edit your "First name" and "Last name". Your "Email" is shown; you'll see the note "Email can't be changed".
On a basic profile you'll see first name, last name, and email. On an extended or business profile, fields like address, phone number, date of birth, and nationality are added, plus company and VAT details for business profiles.
Tap "SAVE CHANGES" to finish.
Change your password separately under "Edit account" → "Security" → "Change password".
On the web
Open "Account & profile" and switch to the "Personal details" tab.
Edit "First name" and "Last name". Your "Email" is view-only here too.
Owner or extended profiles show additional fields for phone number, address, date of birth, and nationality in the same area; business profiles also show company details.
Tap "Save" to apply your changes.
Change your password on the web via the separate "Change password" tab.
Special cases
What if I leave first or last name empty or enter only spaces?
In the app you'll see "First name is required" or "Last name is required". On the web, the field shows "Required". Enter both your first and last name to save.
What if I want to change my password?
In the app, go to "Edit account" → "Security" → "Change password"; on the web, use the separate "Change password" tab.
What if I have an extended or business profile?
You'll see additional fields like address, phone number, date of birth, and nationality in the same area, plus company and VAT details for business profiles.
